All of our products are manufactured to the best quality and inspected both during and post-production for quality and safety purposes. However, sometimes defects within the braid can be missed, or products can get damaged during transit (please retain original packaging in this instance). It is therefore important when receiving your goods that they are checked immediately. All discrepancies must be identified within 5 working days of receipt of the item.
We will replace any goods which are defective due to workmanship or materials. If your item arrives faulty in any way, please send images of the fault to: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then arrange a refund or exchange, including the return postage costs.
Non-faulty goods may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned goods must be in a saleable condition. Exchanges of items can also be arranged. All return postage costs will be chargeable.*
If you are unhappy with an item due to any of the above reasons, you must first notify us via email to: email@example.com. Once the return or exchange is approved by us, the item can be returned to the following address:

We will refund only the item cost and not the cost of postage and packaging unless the goods are defective. It is recommended to use a tracked shipping service for returning your item as items lost in transit will not be considered for a refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 days following receipt of the goods.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for bespoke products made to a customers specification, or cables that have been cut into lengths shorter than 10m at the customers request, unless the product is defective due to workmanship or materials, or damaged during transit.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
