For all of our stock items, we aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm on the same day. For orders placed after 1pm, these will be dispatched on the next working day. If an order contains non-stock items, allow 3-4 working days for manufacture and delivery.
We offer carriage paid on all cable and accessories orders above £250 ex VAT. (UK and Ireland only). All other international orders will have carriage calculated at the time of dispatch as the costs are dependent on the size and weight of the parcels.
Please note, bulb and light fitting orders may incur a carriage charge due to increased costs for shipping items of this nature. This will be dependent on the products ordered and can be quoted at time of ordering.
UK: Next working day (for stock orders placed before 1pm).
Republic of Ireland: 1-2 working days.
Europe: 3-7 working days.
Worldwide: 4-10 working days.
